If you're an R.E.M. fan, you're probably already familiar with Matthew Perpetua's Pop Songs '07, where Mr. Perpetua promises a write-up of every R.E.M. song (eventually). I'm a couple of days late, but on Halloween he posted a write-up about the band's cover of Television's "See No Evil."
